Broken Top Remodel

Taking this home from dark and dated to light-filled and lovely was no small feat. As always, maximizing beauty, quality, and function was paramount. The challenge was not only to refresh the entire feel and mood in the home, but to improve the storage, layout, and flow in the kitchen, which was the heart of the home. With an emphasis on durable yet elegant materials that could withstand a large family, we started with a clean slate in the kitchen, a generous coat of white paint, and easy wear materials like porcelain and LVP instead of marble and wood.
